An MDT meeting brings together the support coordinator, the teacher, the parents and sometimes a case worker. It's often the teacher who knows the child best, and often also the one taking the notes, with less room to take part in the conversation.

Does Notuly work in Dutch?+
Yes. The report and the transcript come in Dutch. Education jargon (OPP, MDO, handelingsplan: Dutch school terms for support plans and meetings) is recognised.
Do I need to install anything?+
Only the app. Notuly is available on iOS, Android, macOS and Windows. No implementation project and no IT department needed: download, log in and record.
How many speakers does Notuly recognise?+
Up to 32. More than enough for a staff meeting or an MDT meeting.
What happens to the audio?+
The audio is deleted within a minute of processing. Notuly keeps no archive, no cloud storage and no database. The report lives in your mailbox; that's the only place.
Is our data used to train AI?+
No, never. Your conversations are not used as training data and are not for sale. What's said stays yours.
How does consent work at an MDT meeting?+
You let all participants know beforehand that you're recording. At an MDT meeting with parents, that means saying in advance that a recording is being made. Most parents appreciate it, because they get the report too.
Can I pay for Notuly from a workload budget?+
Many schools set aside budget specifically to reduce workload, and writing up reports is one of the biggest time sinks outside teaching itself. Whether your school funds Notuly this way depends on the agreements within your team and with the staff council.
Is there a data processing agreement?+
Yes. A data processing agreement (GDPR Article 28) is available on Team and above. Documentation for your school board is available via team@notuly.nl.
Does it work for secondary education too?+
Yes. Department meetings, mentor meetings, the pupil support team, the staff council and leadership meetings: any meeting with several speakers is recognised and written up.
Does Notuly have ISO 27001?+
Notuly itself is not certified; our servers run in an ISO 27001-certified data centre in Amsterdam. If your board makes the certification a hard requirement, email team@notuly.nl for the documentation.
