Do I have to tell candidates I'm recording?+
Yes. A quick mention at the start is enough: "I'm recording this conversation so we both have a report." Most candidates appreciate it, and they can receive the report themselves too.
Can the candidate receive the report too?+
Yes. For each conversation you decide who gets the report: the candidate, the client, or both. You stay in control.
Does Notuly work with my ATS?+
The report arrives by email, so you can paste it straight into the candidate profile in your ATS. From Pro it also comes as a Word file (.docx), and with a Team licence in your agency's branding. Direct integrations are on the roadmap.
What about the privacy of candidate data?+
We store nothing. The audio is deleted within a minute of processing. The report lands in your inbox, and after that it's gone from our systems: Notuly keeps no archive and no database of candidate data.
Does it work over the phone or on video too?+
Yes. Phone on speaker, the desktop app alongside your video call, or simply in the same room. In-person, hybrid and online: if Notuly can hear the conversation, it works.
Can we roll this out across the whole agency?+
Yes. Team (from 2 users) gives you team management, your own templates in your branding and a data processing agreement (GDPR Article 28). Enterprise (from 50 users) comes with a volume discount and a personal account manager. Get in touch for a pilot.
