How is this different from Copilot, Otter or Fireflies?+
Those tools only work inside Teams, Zoom or Google Meet; sit down with someone at a table and they do nothing. Your audio also goes to servers in the US. Notuly works for every conversation: in-person, hybrid and online, with our own AI on Dutch servers and audio that is deleted within a minute of processing.
What about privacy?+
All processing runs on Dutch servers in Amsterdam. The audio is deleted within a minute of processing and your conversations are not used as training data. The report lands in your inbox and is then gone from our systems: Notuly keeps no archive. A data processing agreement (GDPR Article 28) is available on Team and above.

Do I need to install anything?+
Yes, you download the app for macOS, Windows, iOS or Android. Installing takes a moment, and after that you can record your first conversation straight away. The mobile apps keep working in the background, even with the screen locked.
Does it work when several languages are spoken?+
Yes. If your conversation switches between Dutch and English, or any other language, Notuly simply picks it up. Your report comes in Dutch or English.
