What exactly is a meeting notes app?+
An app that captures a conversation and automatically writes the report: summary, decisions and action points. It's not the same as a notetaking app (Notion, OneNote) where you do the typing. With Notuly you put your phone on the table or start the desktop app in your online meeting, and the app does the rest.
Does Notuly work for online meetings too?+
Yes. The desktop app for macOS and Windows takes the notes in your online meetings in Teams, Zoom or Google Meet, straight from your laptop and with no bot in your meeting. That way Notuly covers every conversation: in-person, hybrid and online.
Which phones and devices does it work on?+
Notuly is available on iPhone (through the App Store), on Android (through Google Play) and as a desktop app on macOS and Windows. On your phone the app also works in the background, even with your screen locked.
What if more than one language is spoken?+
No problem. Notuly understands more than 90 spoken languages. If your conversation switches between Dutch and English, or another language, the app simply picks it up. The report comes in Dutch or English.
Do I get a word-for-word transcript as well?+
Yes. Every report comes with the full transcript as an attachment: word for word, per speaker. The report gives you the essence, the transcript the exact words.
What does it cost?+
Free to try: three conversations a month, month after month. After that there's an unlimited subscription for a fixed monthly price, plus a team option per licence (from two users). You can cancel any month. The current prices are further up this page.
Do I have to say I'm recording?+
Yes. You are responsible for informing the participants, online meetings included. Just mention it at the start of the conversation. In practice it's rarely an issue once you explain that everyone gets the report.
What if something in the report is wrong?+
It can happen. It's a clever app, but it's not a human. A name can be misspelt, a number can go missing. Always give the report a quick check before you send it on. You remain responsible for what you send.
