What is Notuly?+

Notuly writes the report of your conversation: in-person, hybrid and online. Put your phone on the table or open the desktop app, and afterwards you and the participants automatically receive the report with the decisions and action points by email.

Where is my audio stored?+

Nowhere. Your audio is processed on servers in Amsterdam and then deleted, within a minute of processing. The report lands in your inbox. We keep no archive, no cloud storage, no database.

Is my data safe?+

Yes. Notuly processes everything on Dutch servers within the EU, with our own self-hosted AI. Your conversations are not used for AI training. The audio is deleted within a minute of processing.

Can I get the full transcript as well?+

Yes. After the recording, tick the box to receive the transcript. It comes in the same email as the report.

How is Notuly different from Copilot or Fireflies?+

They sit inside your Teams or Zoom meeting. Notuly works for every conversation: in-person, hybrid and online. In the room, your phone on the table is enough; online, the desktop app takes the notes, with no bot in your meeting. And we run our own AI, on Dutch servers.

Does this work for online meetings too?+

Yes. The desktop app for macOS and Windows takes the notes directly in Teams, Zoom and Google Meet, with no bot in your meeting. Hybrid works too: a single recording picks up the speakers in the room and the ones online.

Can I cancel my subscription?+

Yes. Nothing ties you in. You can cancel any month in your account settings.

How many people can receive the report?+

As many as you like. Sharing is unlimited on every plan.
