How do I capture a client conversation with Notuly?+
Open the app, press record and have your conversation. When it's over, you choose who receives the report. Within ten minutes, everyone has the report with the agreements and action points in their inbox.
Does the client get the report too?+
Only if you want them to. After the conversation, you decide who receives the report: just you, your colleagues, or the client as well. You stay in control.
Am I allowed to record a sales conversation?+
Yes, as long as you tell the other person. In practice, that's one sentence: "I'm recording this conversation so we both have a report." Most clients appreciate it: they get the same professional report in their inbox.
Does it work in the car too?+
Yes. After a client visit, you dictate what was discussed while you're in the car. Notuly turns it into a structured report; by the time you're home, it's in your inbox.
Can I get the report into my CRM?+
Yes. The report arrives as an email; from there you copy it into Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive or any other CRM. On Pro and above, you also receive the report as a Word file (.docx). Direct integrations are on the roadmap.
What about confidential conversations?+
The audio is deleted within a minute of processing. All processing runs on Dutch servers in Amsterdam; your data never leaves the EU. Your conversations are not used as training data. A data processing agreement (GDPR Article 28) is available on Team and above.
What if the AI gets a summary wrong?+
Check the report before you share it, and always double-check figures and dates. You decide what stays in before it goes to the client.
Does my whole team have to switch?+
No. You can start on your own; pricing is per licence. If you want to roll it out as a team, Team (from 2 licences) gives you team management, your own templates and a data processing agreement.
