How many people can be in a meeting?+
Notuly recognises up to 32 speakers in a single conversation, at the table or online. That covers everything from one-to-one conversations to large meetings. The report shows what each speaker said.
How long can a recording be?+
On the free Starter plan you record three conversations a month, with up to 60 minutes per recording. With Pro, both the number of conversations and the recording length are unlimited.
What does Notuly cost?+
Starter is free: three conversations a month, no payment details needed. Pro gives you unlimited conversations for a fixed monthly price; Team is priced per licence, from 2 users. You'll find the current prices on the pricing page.
Do recipients need an account?+
No. Recipients get the report as an ordinary email. No account, no download, no login.
Which languages does Notuly understand?+
Notuly understands more than 90 spoken languages, with automatic language detection; if the conversation switches between languages, Notuly simply keeps up. The report itself comes in Dutch or English.
Is Notuly GDPR compliant?+
Yes. All processing runs on Dutch servers in Amsterdam; your data never leaves the EU. The audio is deleted within a minute of processing and your conversations are not used as training data. A data processing agreement (GDPR Article 28) is available on Team and above.
How accurate is the report?+
The report is not a word-for-word rendering but a structured summary: Notuly separates discussion from decision and picks out the action points. If you want to see the exact words, the full transcript comes with the email as an attachment. Always check the final version; you stay in control.
How is Notuly different from Copilot or Teams?+
Copilot only takes notes in Teams. Notuly works for every conversation: in-person, hybrid and online. The desktop app also captures your Teams, Zoom and Meet meetings, without a bot joining your conversation, with our own AI on Dutch servers. The full comparison is on Notuly vs Copilot.
What happens to my recording after processing?+
The audio is deleted within a minute of processing. The report goes to the participants by email and then leaves our system: Notuly keeps no archive and no database.
Do I have to tell participants I'm recording?+
For the recording itself there is no duty to announce it when you take part in the conversation yourself; when you process the conversation for work, the GDPR asks for openness. In practice one sentence does the job: "I am recording this conversation so we both have a report."
