What does Notuly cost?+
Starter is free: three conversations per month, no payment details needed. Pro has a fixed monthly price including VAT; Team is priced per licence, excluding VAT, from 2 users. Paying yearly is 26% cheaper, and Enterprise is custom. The current prices are further up this page.
What happens after my three free conversations?+
Nothing. Your account stays active, and next month three new conversations are waiting for you. Want to take notes more often? Upgrading to Pro takes two clicks.
Can I cancel my subscription?+
Yes. There's no lock-in. You can cancel any month through your account settings.
Do the prices include or exclude VAT?+
Starter and Pro prices include VAT. Team and Enterprise prices exclude VAT.
How does billing work for teams?+
Team is billed centrally, with one invoice for the whole team. Invoices arrive by email. Need invoicing with a PO or project number? That's available on Enterprise.
How many users do I need for Team?+
Team starts at 2 users. From 50 users there's Enterprise, with a volume discount and a personal account manager.
Do I get a data processing agreement?+
Yes. A data processing agreement (GDPR Article 28) is included on Team and above. A custom DPA is available on Enterprise.
