How do I capture a site meeting with Notuly?+
Open the app in the site cabin, press record and have the conversation. Afterwards you enter the participants' email addresses, and everyone receives the report with the decisions and action points by email.
Does it cope with background noise on site?+
In the cabin: yes. Notuly filters background noise and recognises up to 32 speakers in a single conversation. Out on the site itself, it depends on how loud it gets: speak clearly and keep your phone close. Anything you can't make out yourself, Notuly won't make out either.
Can I use it for inspection rounds?+
Yes. Walk around and say what you see: snags, defects, anything off-spec. Notuly turns it into a structured report you can use for handovers, quality checks and daily reports.
Does every participant get the report?+
Everyone you add: the main contractor, subcontractors, the client, suppliers. Recipients don't need an account; the report simply lands in their inbox.
Are the recordings kept?+
No. The audio is deleted within a minute of processing. Notuly keeps no archive of recordings; the report in your inbox is what you keep.
Can the report be used as legal evidence?+
The report isn't a legal document, but it is a written record with a date and recipients. If an agreement is ever disputed, that carries considerably more weight than a memory.
