Does Notuly work in Teams, Zoom or Google Meet?
Yes. The desktop app for macOS and Windows captures your video meeting straight from your laptop. No bot entering the meeting, no participants watching their words.

When do you choose Copilot?
When your organisation lives in Microsoft 365 and nearly everything runs through Teams. Copilot runs natively in the meeting, drops the summary into the chat and also helps with email and documents.

When do you choose Notuly?
When your conversations happen in-person, hybrid and online and you want one notetaker for all of them. In the room, your phone on the table is enough; online, you start the desktop app.

What does the privacy difference mean in practice?
With Copilot the recording stays in your Microsoft tenant and the processing runs through Microsoft AI. For many commercial organisations that's fine: there's already a Microsoft contract with a data processing agreement in place.
For organisations in healthcare, in local government and in legal services the route weighs more heavily: Notuly processes in Amsterdam, deletes the audio within a minute of processing and never trains on your conversations.
Can Copilot and Notuly run side by side?
Yes, they work independently of each other.
