    One account on your phone and your computer, and switching without losing anything.

    On iPhone and Android.

    1. 1On your old phone, tap your recording under ‘Finish later’.If there is nothing under ‘Finish later’, go to step 4.
    2. 2Finish the recording.Do this for every recording waiting there.
    3. 3Wait until you see ‘The report has been emailed.’Without a connection the recording waits. Make sure your old phone is online.
    4. 4Install Notuly on your new phone.From the App Store or Google Play.
    5. 5Tap Log in.
    6. 6Choose the same sign-in method as on your old phone.For example Log in with Google.

    Questions.

    Do I have to pay again on my new phone?
    No. Log in with the same account. If you bought Pro in the App Store or Google Play and don’t see it, tap the gear at the top right on your phone, then Subscription, and then Restore purchases.
    Notuly says ‘A recording is already running’?
    One recording runs at a time on each device. Finish the one that is running first. Then start a new one.
    Can I also work on my computer?
    Yes. Install the app on your computer and log in with the same account. For an online meeting, that is the best place.
