On Mac and Windows.
- 1Open Notuly on your computer.The first time, right after you log in, Notuly asks for permission.
- 2Give Notuly access to your microphone.On a Mac, click Turn on for each permission. On Windows, click ‘Give access’.
- 3In the test, check that the meter moves.On a Mac, open the test with Continue to audio test. If nothing moves, choose a different microphone.
- 4Click Start recording.You see the recording time counting up.
- 5Let everyone know you’re recording.
- 6Done? Click Stop recording.Notuly then asks if you’re sure.
- 7Confirm with Stop recording.Then you check that the names are right and choose who receives the report.
On iPhone and Android.
- 1Tap Start recording.The first time, ‘Before you start’ opens.
- 2Tap Allow next to ‘Microphone’.If your phone asks as well, say yes. If you also allow notifications, Notuly warns you when the recording doesn’t start or goes silent.
- 3Tap Start recording again.You see the recording time counting up.
- 4Let everyone know you’re recording.Put your phone on the table. You can lock your screen.
- 5Done? Tap Stop recording.Notuly then asks if you’re sure.
- 6Tap End recording.Then you check that the names are right and choose who receives the report.
