    Your own house style in the Word file.

    Your logo, name, colour and font in every Word file.

    In the team portal.

    1. 1In the team portal, click Instellingen (settings).The team portal is at notuly.nl/team.
    2. 2Under ‘Huisstijl van het Word-bestand’ (house style of the Word file), click Kies een logo (choose a logo).A png, jpg or svg of up to 2 MB. The logo is saved straight away.
    3. 3Fill in the name, the colour and the font.The font is set to Calibri by default. At the bottom, you see a preview of the top of the Word file.
    4. 4Click Bewaar wijzigingen (save changes).You see ‘Je wijzigingen zijn opgeslagen.’ (your changes have been saved). From then on, every new Word file opens with your house style.

    How do I replace our logo?
    Choose Vervang logo (replace logo). That button takes the place of Kies een logo (choose a logo) once there is a logo. The new logo is saved straight away.
    Can I remove our logo?
    Not in the team portal. Email team@notuly.nl for that.
    Can I set up the house style in the app too?
    Yes, in the Mac and Windows app, under Team, then Organisation.
    Does your own house style work with Pro too?
    No. With Pro, the Word file opens in the Notuly design.
    How do I give a sub-team its own house style?
    Under Gebruikers (users), choose the Sub-teams button and then the team. There you set its own logo, colour and font.
