    Cancel your subscription.

    Where you cancel depends on where you got Pro.

    Short answer

    Monthly subscription
    you can cancel any month
    Annual subscription
    stop it before the renewal date
    Via the App Store
    up to 24 hours before the renewal date
    Via Google Play
    at any time, and you keep Pro until the end of the term

    1. 1Tap the gear at the top right.This applies if you got Pro in the App Store or Google Play.
    2. 2Tap Subscription.
    3. 3Tap Manage in Apple settings.On Android the button is called ‘Manage in Google Play settings’.
    4. 4Cancel your subscription in the App Store or in Google Play.

    What happens if my organisation cancels Team?
    Team stays active until the end date. After that the team moves to Notuly Team free: one conversation a month per user. The team environment and settings are kept.
    Can I get Pro again later?
    Yes. You get it again, on any device.
    Does my subscription stop if I have my account deleted?
    No. Cancel your subscription yourself first, where you set it up.
