    On iPhone and Android.

    1. 1Tap the microphone’s name under the recording time.You can do this before and during the recording.
    2. 2Tap the microphone you want to use.The built-in one is called ‘iPhone microphone’, on Android ‘Phone microphone’. A headset or USB microphone shows up as soon as it’s connected.

    Questions.

    The meter doesn’t move. What now?
    Check whether the microphone is muted. If not, click Choose a different microphone on your computer. On your phone, pick another one from the list.
    My microphone isn’t in the list?
    Connect it again and open the list once more. On Windows, you only see the names once Notuly has access: then click Allow microphone.
    Does Notuly also hear the others in an online meeting?
    Test it on your computer: click Settings in the sidebar, then Audio, and then Play test sound. If the meter under System audio moves, the other side is included.
    When should I report a problem?
    When the meter doesn’t move even though the right microphone is chosen. Then see Report a problem from the app.
