    Recording without a connection.

    On your phone without signal, on your computer when the connection drops.

    On iPhone and Android.

    1. 1Tap Start recording.This works without signal too. The home screen then shows that there is no internet connection.
    2. 2Stop the recording as usual.With Stop recording and then End recording.
    3. 3Finish the recording.Without a connection, you see ‘Waiting for a connection’. Your choices are saved.
    4. 4Open Notuly as soon as you have a connection again.Then the report is sent automatically.

    Questions.

    Does Notuly have to be open to send?
    On your phone, yes. Open the app once you’re connected again, and the report is sent automatically.
    Does a recording without a connection count towards Starter?
    Yes. It counts as a conversation when it is sent. If you’ve already reached your limit by then, you see ‘You’ve reached your conversation limit.’
