Short answer

For example: ‘I’m recording this conversation with Notuly, so I can send you the report afterwards. The audio is deleted within a minute of processing.’
Questions.
- What happens to the recording?
- The audio is deleted within a minute of processing. Notuly passes data through, it is not an archive: you won’t find your reports in the app. The report is in the mailbox of whoever receives it.
- Is our conversation used to train AI?
- No, never. Your conversations are not used as training data and are not for sale.
- Where is the conversation processed?
- All processing runs through Dutch servers, in Amsterdam. Data never leaves the EU.
- Who gets the report?
- You decide who gets the report. If you want the participants to get it too, choose them after the recording.
- What if someone doesn’t want to be recorded?
- Then don’t record. If it’s about one part, pause the recording for as long as that lasts.
