- What’s in it?
- What Notuly processes your data for, how long it’s kept, which parties Notuly uses and what happens in a data breach.
- Where is the data processed?
- Only within the EEA. The servers are in Amsterdam; backups of account data are in Rotterdam.
- Which parties does Notuly use?
- They’re listed in an annex to the agreement. You can request an up-to-date list from team@notuly.nl.
- How long is account data kept?
- Notuly deletes it within 30 days of your account being deleted. Invoice data is kept for seven years, because the law requires it.
- How do I get a custom data processing agreement?
- That’s possible on Enterprise. Email team@notuly.nl or, as the owner, choose the button under Enterprise in the team portal, under Facturatie (billing).
