Help · For IT
Network, addresses and where the data lives.
Where Notuly processes your conversation, and what goes over the network.
Short answer
- Processing
- through Dutch servers, in Amsterdam, and data never leaves the EU
- The recording
- the audio is deleted within a minute of processing
- Traffic
- HTTPS over port 443, encrypted with TLS 1.2 or higher
- Addresses
- we send the list on request, from team@notuly.nl
The whole AI step runs on our own models, on servers in Amsterdam.
Questions.
- Which ports does Notuly use?
- Only port 443, for HTTPS. The Mac app also uses HTTP/3, over UDP port 443.
- What does the browser need to allow?
- After logging in in the browser,
notuly://opens the app again. Allow that link. - Does Notuly work without a connection?
- On a phone you can record without a connection. That recording is kept on the phone for fourteen days and goes to Notuly as soon as there is a connection and the app is open. On a Mac and on Windows, a recording only starts with an internet connection.
- What about ISO 27001?
- Notuly itself is not certified. Our data servers run in an ISO 27001-certified data centre in Amsterdam. Our hosting partner TransIP, part of team.blue, is ISO/IEC 27001:2022-certified by DNV. We send the certificate on request.
- What about NEN 7510?
- NEN 7510 sets requirements for information security in healthcare. It is a standard for healthcare organisations, not for tools. Our infrastructure supports the measures NEN 7510 asks for: encryption, minimal data storage, no central archive.
