Can I use the team portal on my phone?

It’s made for a laptop or desktop. That’s why the app on your phone points you to notuly.nl/team on your computer.

How do I close down the whole team?

That isn’t possible in the portal, on purpose, so nothing gets lost by accident. The owner emails team@notuly.nl for this.

In the list under **Gebruikers** (users), choose the filter ‘Eigenaren’ (owners). Every team has at least one owner.

Short answer

Gebruikers (users): inviting colleagues, roles, licences and sub-teams
Sjablonen (templates): your team’s own templates
Facturatie (billing): the subscription, the number of licences and the invoices
Instellingen (settings): the team name, the house style of the Word file and SSO

1On your laptop or desktop, go to notuly.nl/team.
2Log in with your Notuly account.Choose the same login method as in the app.
3Choose a section at the top.Next to the logo you see ‘Teamportaal’ (team portal) and your organisation’s name.

If you’re a user, you see ‘Je hebt geen toegang tot het teamportaal.’ (you don’t have access to the team portal) and go back to Notuly. Your administrator arranges your licence.
Only the owner changes the number of licences, starts the subscription and manages payment. An administrator can view Facturatie (billing).
If a Notuly partner handles your billing, there’s no Facturatie (billing) tab. Ask that partner about the invoice.
In the Mac and Windows app, Team holds part of the portal: users, groups, templates and your organisation. Open team portal takes you to the rest.
The team portal is only available in Dutch.
