    Short answer

    Add a name
    under ‘Add who you heard’
    Remove a name
the cross next to the name
    Number of speakers
    under Number of speakers
    Carry on
    Continue

You see this screen after you end the recording.

    On iPhone and Android.

    1. 1On the ‘Who was speaking?’ screen, check that the names are right. After a few seconds, Notuly fills in the names it recognised in the conversation.
    2. 2Type a missing name under ‘Add who you heard’.Then tap the plus button.
    3. 3Tap the cross next to a name that doesn’t belong.
    4. 4Under Number of speakers, set how many people spoke. The number follows the names. From eleven speakers, an estimate is enough.
    5. 5Tap Continue.Next, you choose who gets the report.

    Questions.

What if Notuly can’t match a voice to a name?
Then the report shows a label instead of a name, such as ‘Participant A’, with a short note at the bottom.
Does a name I add always end up in the report?
Only if Notuly finds that person in the conversation. Otherwise the email lists the name under ‘Entered, not matched to a voice’.
