Questions.
- Can I change the report afterwards?
- Not in Notuly. With the Word file you can edit it yourself; the Word file is part of Pro, Team and Enterprise. Having it made again isn’t possible, because the recording has already been deleted.
- Can I choose the form of the report myself?
- Yes, with a template. With Pro you choose from Notuly’s standard templates, with Team and Enterprise also from your organisation’s own templates. On Starter, Notuly picks the form.
- Can I read the report again in the app later?
- No. The report is in your email, not in the app. Notuly passes data through, it is not an archive.
- Does the email use my organisation’s house style?
- No, the email always has Notuly’s layout. With Team and Enterprise, the Word file can have your logo, name, colour and font.
