Does voice reporting work in English?+
Yes. Notuly works in English and understands more than 90 spoken languages, with automatic language detection. Your report comes in English or Dutch.
Is my dictated report stored anywhere?+
No. The audio is deleted within a minute of processing. The report lands in your inbox and then leaves our system: Notuly keeps no archive and no database.
Do I need permission to dictate my notes?+
If you only dictate your own notes, you are not recording anyone else. If you record a conversation with a client, you let the client know. In practice one sentence does it: "I'm recording this conversation so we both have a report."
Is voice reporting GDPR compliant?+
With Notuly it is. All processing runs on Dutch servers in Amsterdam; your data never leaves the EU. Your reports are not used as training data. A data processing agreement (GDPR Article 28) is available on Team and above.
Can the report go into our EHR or client file?+
Yes. The report arrives as an email and can be exported to Word (.docx). You add it to the file yourself and stay responsible for the final version; Notuly keeps nothing.
How quickly is my report ready?+
Within ten minutes of stopping the recording. The longer you dictate, the longer the processing takes.
Do I need to install anything?+
Yes, you download the app for iOS, Android, macOS or Windows. Installing takes a minute, and you create your first report straight after the download. The mobile apps work in the background, even with the screen locked.
Does it work for a conversation with several people?+
Yes. Notuly recognises who is speaking: up to 32 speakers in a single conversation, with automatic speaker labels. A team meeting, a handover or a multidisciplinary meeting works just as well.
What does voice reporting cost?+
Starter is free: three conversations per month, 60 minutes per recording, no payment details needed. Pro gives you unlimited conversations for a fixed monthly price. The current prices are on the pricing page.
