    Change your payment details.

    On iPhone and Android.

    1. 1Tap the gear at the top right.This applies if you got Pro in the App Store or Google Play.
    2. 2Tap Subscription.
    3. 3Tap Manage in Apple settings.On Android the button is called ‘Manage in Google Play settings’.
    4. 4Change your payment details in the App Store or in Google Play.They belong to your Apple account or your Google account, not to Notuly.

    Questions.

    How do I change the payment details for Team?
    Go to notuly.nl/team, choose Facturatie (billing) and then Beheer betaling en facturen (manage payment and invoices). Only the owner sees that button. On your computer you can also do it in the app: click Settings in the sidebar, then Subscription, and then Manage subscription.
    How do I know it worked?
    With Team, the new payment method shows under ‘Betaling’ (payment) in the team portal. On your computer, click Settings in the sidebar of the app and then Subscription. It shows there next to ‘Payment method’.
    What happens if a Pro payment fails?
    Change your payment details where you pay. If no payment comes in, Pro ends and you carry on with Starter for free.
    Do I keep Pro if the store can’t complete my payment?
    Yes, as long as the App Store or Google Play is retrying the payment. Change your payment details there.
