Every 30 days, counted from the day you created your account. If you had Pro as a gift, you count from the day the gift ended.

What if my conversations are used up and I still have a conversation planned?

Then you wait until your new subscription month starts, or you get Pro. With Pro, Team and Enterprise you record unlimited conversations and no longer have to choose which conversation gets a report.

Can a conversation last longer than 60 minutes?

Not with Starter. With Starter you record up to 60 minutes per conversation.

Short answer

Free: three conversations per subscription month
Subscription month: 30 days, from the day you created your account

When they’re used up, three new ones are ready in your next subscription month.

Good to know.

In the app you can see how many conversations you have left this subscription month.
A recording that fails, for example because there was no speech in it, doesn’t count.
When your conversations are used up, the app says ‘You’ve reached your conversation limit.’ The first time, you also get an email with the date your next subscription month starts.
If you record without a connection after reaching your limit, the recording is kept for fourteen days. If you have conversations left again within that time, the report is sent automatically as soon as Notuly is open.
With Starter you get the report without the Word file, and you don’t choose a template. Notuly picks the format that suits the conversation.
